I had a complaint and wasn’t sure how it would go, but they got it sorted really quickly. The team handled it well and made me feel confident that they actually care about fixing things properly.

Went to Ballie Ballerson with a group of friends it was a fun night. The music and general vibe were good, and the staff were friendly enough without being over the top.

That said, it did feel a bit grubby in places. The tables were sticky, the toilets weren’t the freshest, and once you’re in the ball pit you do start wondering how often everything actually gets cleaned. Compared to some other busy London spots with a similar crowd, this one felt like it struggled a bit more to keep up with the mess.

I wouldn’t say it ruined the night, because we still had a laugh, but for the price I expected the hygiene side to be better. I’d maybe go back with the right group, but I’d definitely hope they stay more on top of the cleaning next time...

I went to Ballie Ballerson on a busy night, so I did expect there to be a bit of a wait, but the queue moved slower than I thought it would. The staff seemed friendly enough when we spoke to them, but outside it felt a little disorganised and we weren’t really sure what was happening or how long it would take.

Once we finally got inside, the night was fine and we still had a decent time. I’d probably be more forgiving if it was just a one-off busy evening, but the entry process could definitely be clearer and better managed. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest start.

People were chill about taking pics, and the staff handled how busy it got well. We only planned to stay for a bit but ended up being there way longer, which was kind of ridiculous in the best way. The pizza came out hot, cheesy and fresh, and the sides arrived quickly too. I’d definitely eat there again.

I was feeling mentally drained by the time we got there, so I was hoping the cocktails would be a nice little pick-me-up. They looked really nice when they came out, but taste-wise they were kind of weak tbh. Not bad, just didn’t really hit the spot.

Would absolutely go again for another group night.

The layout felt tight. Like, I get trying to make the most of the space, but it did feel a bit cramped moving around. Not the end of the world or anything, and it was still alright overall, but yeah… a little more breathing room would’ve been nice...
